Overnight Retreats up to 14 guests

Afton Retreat Center has a 3 night minimum for overnight bookings. The price per night remains the same for 1-14 guests and includes lodging and the 1,000 foot studio space. As we get up and running select days will be available for half day or full day retreats in the 1,000 foot studio space dependent on availability between overnight retreat rentals.

$1,300 per night plus taxes. Price stays the same for 1-14 guests.

The pricing for day retreats is under review and will be published once we are up and runnnig.

Half and Full Day Retreats

(MN Sales Tax = 6.875% +

Metro = 1%+

County = .5%)

Total taxes = 8.375% (breakdown below)

For a 3 night stay this would be $1,300 x 3 = $3,900 plus +

Taxes = $326.625

Total for 3 night stay = $4,226.625

*If a 3 night stay is split between 14 people the total per guest is ~ $302.00

This equates to ~ $101.00 per night per guest for a 3 night stay for 14 guests.

*If a 3 night stay is split between 10 people the total per guest is ~ $423.00

This equates to ~ $141.00 per night per guest for a 3 night stay for 10 guests.

**Groups Booking a 3 night stay Thursday thorough Saturday night or Friday through Sunday night can add additional nights for $900.00 per night.
